Pre-arrival
From the moment you decide to holiday with us we will make sure your experience is one to remember for all of the right reasons. Our Méribel based concierge team will make sure no element of your trip is left untouched: from organising ski lessons, child care, transfers, lunches or anything in between, we will point you in the right direction using only our trusted partners.
When You Arrive
As you step from your transfer, we’ll take your luggage; make you feel at home; organise your ski fitting in the chalet; have your passes ready and waiting; and if there’s time, get you up the mountain on the same day. And whatever time you arrive, there’ll be a champagne welcome hamper and any of the extras you have ordered waiting for you.
During Your Stay
The only difference between our catered and serviced chalets, is the chef and host. Our serviced chalets and apartments offer flexibility for the more independent skier whilst also benefiting all of our catered services other than the meal times. The chalet will be cleaned daily and all the household chores taken care of so the chalet is beautifully reset for your return from the slopes. You will also have access to our dedicated F&P concierge, all day driver service and attentive resort team during your stay.
Hit the slopes either on your own or with one of our recommended ski schools and we’re happy to give you a great restaurant recommendation for lunch!
