Our Catered Chalet Food and Menus

Good food is at the heart of what we do.

Our Bespoke Menus

We believe that food is a highlight of any ski holiday — and our chefs make sure it’s just that. From a hearty breakfast to set you up for the slopes, indulgent afternoon tea, and a beautifully crafted five-course evening feast, our menus are designed to delight.

Ahead of your arrival, your chef will be in touch to chat through any preferences, dietary requirements, and favourite dishes – whether you’re after gourmet comfort food, something lighter (for the keen lunchers among you), or a little bit of both. Everything is tailored just for you.

We like to think we’ve perfected the recipe for a delicious ski holiday — but if you’ve got any questions, the F&P team is always on hand to chat through the details.

We are foodies

We’re foodies through and through. Since day one back in 2006, food has been at the heart of everything we do – and over the years, it’s become what we’re best known for. With the help of some truly brilliant chefs, our culinary journey has grown into something pretty special. We’ve published two cookbooks, teamed up with the incredible Michelin-starred Adam Byatt and his talented brigade, and watched many of our own chefs go on to do remarkable things. Safe to say, if you love good food, you’re in very good hands.

Our Gourmet Philosopy

In our opinion no ski holiday is complete without seriously good food. That’s why we carefully handpick chefs with restaurant backgrounds – not only for their skill, but for their creativity and passion. We give them the freedom to craft menus that showcase their talents, while keeping your tastes and preferences firmly at the heart of it all.

Before your holiday, your chef will be in touch to chat through everything from foodie favourites to dietary needs, allergies, children’s meals, and any special requests. And while some guests love the full five-course experience each evening, we totally understand that after a mountain-sized lunch, something lighter might hit the spot. Two or three courses? Not a problem. Just let us know – we won’t be even slightly offended.
