Brand new to both F&P and Méribel, Chalet Apartment 101 is set within the ALBA residence, a striking new address right at the heart of Méribel’s Rond-Point des Pistes. Ski-in/ski-out, you cross the bridge and you’re on the piste, located above the Super U supermarket and Intersport, close to some delicious restaurants and opposite the Rond Point’s infamous après bar, it’s a location that puts everything within easy reach.

Inside, the lateral 200 sq metre apartment is finished in a warm, contemporary alpine style, with reclaimed timber ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen built around a large central island, and an open-plan living space made for gathering. There is also a dedicated TV room and home cinema. The apartment sleeps up to 12 guests across five bedrooms, including a double bunk room ideal for children. Outside, on the large 130 sq metre private terrace a hot tub awaits, with uninterrupted views across the Tougnette massif — the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes.

Downstairs, guests have access to a small pool, gym, sauna and steam room, a lovely bonus.
