We’re Holly and Philippa – friends since childhood, passionate skiers, travel lovers, and born hosts. In 2006, we combined our love of the mountains, great food, and unforgettable experiences to create Fish&Pips, now known as F&P Ski Chalets. Having both worked in luxury ski chalets, we saw an opportunity to do things differently – to build a boutique chalet company where guests are treated like old friends and every detail is handled with genuine care.
From our home base in Méribel Village, we’ve grown a handpicked portfolio of catered and self-catered chalets, each offering a warm welcome, exceptional service, and a relaxed kind of luxury. We focus on the little things that make a big difference – delicious food, a truly personal touch, and a team that feels like family. We’re proud to say many of our guests return year after year – and many have become lifelong friends.
Today, our chalet collection spans the very best spots in Méribel, and we’ve kept things intentionally small so we never compromise on quality, service, or charm.
Over the years, our journey naturally evolved. In 2019, after countless guest requests, we launchedF&P Travel– curating tailor-made holidays across the globe with the same heartfelt attention to detail and personal touch. Whether it’s a sun-soaked escape, a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, or another magical ski trip, we’re here to plan it all. Our close-knit team of travel experts take time to get to know you – your tastes, your style, your travel rhythm – so each journey feels effortless and uniquely yours. Our concierge team ensures every detail is taken care of, leaving you to do just one thing: relax and travel well.
