We couldn’t be where we are without a truly fabulous team. Professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, friendly and approachable, every single member of the F&P team helps create our unique holidays and adventures. Whether that’s from taking your initial enquiry and guiding you through to booking your perfect getaway, to delivering it in resort. We want to get to know you, forge relationships and look after your every holiday need.
This is why, in our chalets we pride ourselves on carefully selecting a team of ski, hospitality and food enthusiasts, year on year. We adopt a relaxed professional approach to service. This fits with the chalet environment, creating a home-from-home feel for both guests and team.
When it comes to our tailor-made holidays, it is our team who will do all the hard work for you and make sure that no detail of your trip is left untouched. They are experts and they are happy to share their knowledge with you.
Holly Chandler
Holly spends her time between the Alps and the Channel Islands with her family. She absolutely loves what she does and lives, eats, breathes F&P. She focuses her time on product development, marketing, the guest experience, and relationship building across the business.
Holly's happy place is anywhere with great food and company, big skies, and immersed in nature - ideally at the top of a mountain or on a safari truck. A few creature comforts never go amiss. Holly still carves out time to travel with Philippa to visit our most popular properties, meet the people on the ground and find places new.
Philippa Hartley
Having co-founded F&P Travel with Holly in 2006, Philippa lives and breathes all things travel. The seed for a future in travel was sewn early, having been lucky to have had the most remarkable childhood full of adventures, skiing and sailing.
Philippa loves her role as Commercial Director, working to find fantastic new destinations and of course her love of spreadsheets.
She’s happiest when bobbing on a boat with her sailing husband and three children in the Adriatic.
Clare Truphet
Clare started working with F&P in 2010, looking after our Méribel chalet collection. She now oversees the Alpine Operation, which includes managing chalets, our ski hotel collection, supplier relations and our fantastic seasonal team.
With no two days the same, it's the people that really make it!
A huge lover of the outdoors, no holiday would be complete without some adventure. Clare’s love of food is mostly learnt from chalet chefs from years gone by and is central to her travelling. When in the mountains you can usually find Clare walking her very energetic spaniel, Scout.
Victoria Desbois
Vicky first worked for F&P Travel in 2014/2015 as a chalet host in Du Guide. What was meant to be one quick season before returning to a marketing career in London quickly escalated into a complete lifestyle change after falling madly in love with the mountains.
She now lives in Méribel for much of the year and works alongside Holly on managing the marketing side of the business.
Solène Marchetto
She is the true Frenchie on the team. Originally a beach and sea lover having extensively travelled, she discovered the beauty of living in the mountains in 2017. After 4 “ski seasons”, she finally settled down in Méribel.
Alongside Clare Truphet, Soléne takes care of our chalets, looks after our lovely guests and manages our wonderful seasonal team.
Solène is a passionate snowboarder, but when she is not on the slopes, she loves to go scuba diving - trying to make friends with the fish in the sea! Always up for an adventurous travel she loves to discover new remote places with beautiful landscape or untouched beaches.
